St Michael's World Apostolate

There's no natural explanation

A photo snapped of the Shrine at the Vigil of the Nativity of Our Lady on September 9, 2023. Amazingly, a soft beam of light descends from On High upon Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers, also known as Mary, ever-Virgin, and Mary, Mother of God.

These two attributes were spoken of that evening in the short reflection delivered by Mr. Mangan, SMWA President (see link below).

By comparison, a similar photo was taken six minutes later (above) but no ray of light appears. Several eyewitnesses examined the trees and sky and could not find any natural explanation for the mysterious emergence of this phenomenon.

This wonder from Heaven was taken by Mr. Mangan, but what makes this event even more intriguing is this was his first-ever miraculous photo on a smart phone despite through the years snapping thousands of photographs.

Moreover, another brilliant message shines through with this miracle-photo taken, fittingly, on Our Lady's Birthday Vigil: the spectacular affirmation of the beauty and nobility of motherhood, certainly something that Heaven treasures very much.

Mother and child, Kristi Riendeau of N. Brookfield, Mass., and her daughter, Mary, are leading the Rosary. Kristi is the mother of 11 children.
