A stunning miraculous photo

                                           † Fr. Jesudas Mapa
                                                May 12, 1958 - March 29, 2009

WE HAVE SOME sad news to report. Fr. Jesudas Mapa, who publicly witnessed to the Bayside Message, passed away on March 29, Passion Sunday. He was 50 years old. Fr. Mapa worked for the Vatican Radio and was the author of 13 books.

Fr. Mapa was introduced to Our Lady’s Message last summer but in his brief time did exceptional work in supporting and promoting Our Lady’s cause. He was present at the Veronica of the Cross Vigil and meeting last year and attended about four other Vigils, his most recent one, St. Joseph on March 19. He would always close the Vigil with his priestly blessing.

He was deeply touched and intrigued, as a priest-writer and investigator, with the whole Bayside Mission. But nothing overwhelmed him more than the gift given to him by Our Lady of the Roses at the December 8, 2008 Vigil. He received a miraculous photo with a personal message and prophecy that would shock him when it soon became a reality. He was so exuberant about this miraculous photo, which he prized as a relic, that he testified to his amazing story and Our Lady of the Roses at the February New York Meeting and in a homily in his parish church on Long Island.

May the Good Lord and Veronica of the Cross reward Fr. Jesudas Mapa for his faith and public proclamation of Our Lady of the Roses Shrine.

You'll want to hear Fr. Mapa's amazing testimony!
