Exciting update: miracle doves strike again! Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, Our Lady of the Roses Shrine On the Vigil in honor of Christmas, hundreds and hundreds of beautiful white doves graced the skies above Our Lady’s Shrine as about a hundred pilgrims offered their Rosaries on a cold winter’s night. Their spectacular presence brought gasps and cries from the pilgrims whose hearts were lifted up in joy and wonder as the waves of doves glided above them. With just two days before Christmas and at a time when most people are shopping, partying, or just relaxing in a warm home before the Christmas tree, the love and the faith of the devotees was certainly rewarded by Our Lady and Our Lord. Moreover, the Eternal Father was reminding all of us once again: make no mistake, Jesus and Mary are present on these sacred grounds! |
