Great Blizzard of '06

Sat. February 11
Our Lady of Lourdes

Rosary Vigil
7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers Shrine is staffed and directed by St Michael's World Apostolate.

Driving snow, gale-force winds with wind chill in the single digits made for a challenging Vigil.

About 50 pilgrims attended the Vigil. Michael Mangan is leading the Rosary.

James Donohue, LOSM, leads the Rosary

Despite the frigid and stormy weather Our Lady, of course, doesn't feel the cold. Interestingly, Veronica explains on April 6, 1974 that: "Now Jesus and Our Lady are moving over...Jesus has on sandals, but it looks awful cold. No. No, Jesus says there is no feeling of cold."

Send us your petition and it will be placed at the feet of Our Lady at the next Rosary Vigil.  Jesus and Our Lady promised to be present at the sacred grounds as long as one person comes here to pray.

Mary, light of the World, pray for us
Our Lady of the Roses, pray for us
Mary, Help of Mothers, pray for us.
