Michael Mangan, LOSM, speaks on this year's theme:
"The Warmth and Humanity of Veronica of the Cross" 

Michael was asking the crowd how many of them saw the supernatural image of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel at the 34th Anniversary Rosary Vigil.

Michael introduced Mary DeBlasio.  Mary delivered an up close and personal look of her dear friend Veronica in a striking slide show (on huge screen) of many never-before-seen photos of this remarkable woman

Here's a couple of examples from their trip to Florida in April 1978.  Veronica is standing behind Mary.

Here's a miraculous photo from the meeting.  It looks like a big "V" for Veronica, or a harp, and the green for St. Michael, the Archangel, the color Veronica always explained signifies St. Michael.

Religious gifts were available for the pilgrims

This will be the first year that Veronica's Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Skurla at his parish Church.  Father takes the opportunity to invite everyone to the Mass.

The meeting ends with pilgrims lining up to venerate the Rosary kissed by Our Lady.
