Special Dinner
Saturday August 7  St. Mary's Catholic Church Hall  5 p.m.

Father welcomes everyone to this special dinner in honor of Veronica of the Cross.

Father leads grace before meals.

MENU: chicken soup w/ seven different vegetables • juicy brisket of beef w/ mushroom gravy • parsley potatoes • mixed vegetables • babka bread • vanilla sponge cake w/ strawberry filling & fresh whipped cream • coffee, tea, assorted sodas, beer & wine

Father Skurla attributes the Memorial Mass coming to his parish to the intercession of the late William Dykes, Sr., the father of Bill Dykes, Jr.,a lay Order of St. Michael member.  Mr. Dykes Sr. was a very close worker of Veronica of the Cross and close friend to Fr. Skurla.  He passed on in May 2004.  Please remember him in your prayers.
