A crowd of about 100 pilgrims praying the Rosary, with many of them kneeling in the snow and ice. It was cold with the temperature in the 30s. The day before the Vigil, we got belted with a snowstorm that left 4 inches of snow. |

At 9 p.m., Vincent McDonnell, Vigil Coordinator, announces the invocation of the blessing of Jesus and Mary: "All who are able to kneel, please kneel, and with faith lift your Rosary up to Heaven and Jesus and Mary will bless us." |
