Installing Ream Media Player: The first thing you have to do is make sure that REAL MEDIA PLAYER is installed on your computer.  Go to www.real.com to download the free software.  Make sure you are logged in as the administrator.  You will need administrative privileges to install this software on your computer.  The software installation program will not work if you are not logged in as the administrator.

After the software is installed, go to the The Messages from Heaven Index page and click the speaker near the Vigil Message date.  The Message should start playing immediately.  If not, follow the directions below:

Microsoft Windows OS users: Go to the The Messages from Heaven Index page and click the speaker near the Vigil Message date to hear the Message.  It should start playing immediately.

If it does not play immediately, but instead asks you to save the file then save it on your computers desktop.  Once saved to the desktop, right-click the file and select "OPEN WITH."  Select Real Player from the list of applications.  It should start playing immediately. 

If Real Media Player is not on the list then select "CHOOSE PROGRAM."  Scroll down the list of programs until you find Real Player.  Select Real Player.   The Message should start playing immediately.

If Read Player is still not on the list of programs then you need to install REAL MEDIA PLAYER on your computer.  Go to www.real.com to download the program.

Mac OS users: Go to the The Messages from Heaven Index page and click the speaker near the Vigil Message date to save the file to your desktop.  Once saved to the desktop, press the CONTROL button and click the file.  The select "OPEN WITH."  Select Real Player from the list of applications.  The Message should start playing immediately.

If Real Media Player is not on the list then select "OTHER."  Scroll down the list of programs until you find Real Player.  Select Real Player.   The Message should start playing immediately.

If Read Player is still not on the list of programs then you need to install REAL MEDIA PLAYER on your computer.  Go to www.real.com to download the program.
